About the Scoops
What is a "Sylvan Scoop"?
A Sylvan Scoop is a mysterious experience! Using my scooping spoon, I scoop up and show a set of charms, which then dictate what products you receive. These products are then packed up in a forest aesthetic box and shipped directly to you.
Can I request specific characters/colours in my scoop?
Yes, please leave me a note at checkout. I will try my best.
Are the scoops filmed for social media (TikTok/Instagram)?
Some scoops will be filmed but if you want a guaranteed video then you can purchase a packing video.
Why do you charge for packing videos?
Filming the packing process takes twice as long to fulfil orders and then the video needs to be edited before it can be uploaded.
Shipping & Packaging
Processing & Dispatch
We aim to gather and dispatch your forest treasures within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your parcel is on its way.
How long will it take for my forest treasures to arrive?
All orders are shipped via a tracked service from the UK. Most forest treasures to the UK will arrive within 2-3 business days after dispatch and International orders can take 5-7 business days. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order has left the woods and is on its way to you!

How are my treasures packaged?
Each order is packed in a reusable, recyclable cardboard box. Items inside are packed with care using bubble-wrap and tissue paper to ensure nothing is damaged during delivery.
Orders & Gifts
Do you offer gift notes?
Yes! If you are sending a scoop to a friend, you can leave a message in the note section at checkout. We’ll include a handwritten note with your order so they know who their new forest friends are from.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the "mystery" nature of our Sylvan Scoops, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on the specific items received. Part of the magic is the surprise!
Returns of unopened, undamaged boxes are accepted.
What should I do if my items arrive damaged?
Your happiness is our priority. If your treasures arrive damaged or if there is a mistake with your order, please contact us at sylvanscoop@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged item so I can make it right.
Cancellations
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been scooped or dispatched. Once an order has been filmed or packed, we are unable to cancel it.
